1. Nature of the Product

CompoundTrader sells digital educational products — including online courses, recorded videos, indicators, screeners, and downloadable resources. Access to the content is provided immediately upon successful payment.

2. No Refunds After Access

Because our products are digital and access is granted instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once course access has been provided. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Exceptions

We will review and resolve the following cases if you contact us within 7 days of purchase:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same course.
• Access not granted — you completed payment but did not receive access, provided the issue is not due to incorrect details submitted by you.

In such cases, we will either resolve the access issue or refund the duplicate/erroneous charge.
